The Town of Easton is preparing to replace its existing police, fire and public works facilities with modern and safe facilities to meet the needs of our first responders and citizens. Voters will decide whether the project advances to construction or not at the October 23 Special Town Meeting (7:00 PM) and November 4 Debt Exclusion Election (10AM-4PM). Both votes will be at the Oliver Ames High School. Learn more about the project here.

Easton Public Safety & Public Works Facilities Replacement Project
The Town of Easton is undertaking a public safety and public works facilities replacement project to improve the community’s essential services. The project involves the construction of a new combined DPW facility, police and fire headquarters, and fire substation, consolidating multiple buildings. The existing Police, Fire, and DPW facilities, which are over 50-70 years old, are outdated, noncompliant with health and safety codes, and no longer functional. The Municipal Building Committee actively involves the community by sharing the design plans and seeking input before obtaining project approval later this year.
